Do I need prior real estate experience?

No. The CRE Accelerator is built for beginners. The curriculum starts with the foundations and walks you through every step. Many of our most successful members had zero real estate experience when they joined. What matters is your willingness to learn and take action.

Is there a guarantee?

What we can tell you is the data: the average member closes their first commercial deal within 9 months, and nearly 40% of members have acquired commercial property. Your results depend on the work you put in.
